Step 1: Submit Your Online Application
- Complete the online application form via the Atlantic Bridge Application portal which is linked in your Application Packet. Refer to your Application Packet for specific guidelines regarding school selection and program eligibility.
- Once your application form and schools have been selected, an admissions counselor will send you an Application Acknowledgement email. This email will list documents that are required to complete your application.
Step 2: Submit Your Supporting Documents
Whether you are applying to one or multiple schools, only one set of supporting documents is required. Applicants are encouraged to submit supporting documents as soon as possible. Documents can be updated/revised throughout the admissions process.
Please note: During the months of November and December, please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive a document for it to be manually processed and added to your application.
DEADLINES
- Applications are closed for Fall 2025 Entry. Applications for Fall 2026 Entry will open August 2025.
- For Fall 2026 Entry, the deadline to pay your application fees is November 15th, 2025.
- The deadline for first-round assessment is December 15th, 2025. All payments and supporting documents must be submitted prior to this date in order for our team to manually finalize your application.*
- *During the months of November and December, please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive a document for it to be manually processed and added to your application.
- For most of the programs and schools, new applications will close January 31st, 2026.
- Queen’s University Belfast will only assess applications completed with high school transcripts by January 31st, 2026.
- Applications will not be processed after March 31st, 2026.
FEES
A non-refundable application fee is required. The fee structure is as follows:
- Medicine and Dentistry application fees are $75 USD per school (Example: If you are applying to two schools, the application fee is $150). After November 15th, the fees increase to $100 USD per school.
- Pharmacy and Physiotherapy application fees are $50 USD per school. (Example: If you are applying to two schools, the application fee is $100).
