Documents Required

In order to apply for admissions to UCD Veterinary School through Atlantic Bridge, you need supply one set of the following documents:

1. The application form completed in detail.
2. Official transcripts (from all colleges and universities attended).
3. Two confidential Electronic Evaluation Forms (which will be sent to you with your electronic application packet).
4. Completed Animal Experience Questionnaire.
5. Personal Essay.

Note: An application can not be processed until all the above documents are received.

Application Fee

An application fee of US$ 50.00 must accompany your application. Checks or money orders should be made payable to "Atlantic Bridge".
